With over 60 thousand followers and 788.8 thousand likes, these are not the statistics of an actor or a blogger, but of a farmer, Arthur Potapchuk from the village of Yarynivka in the Rivne region, who is engaged in growing garden strawberries and raspberries. Fresh strawberries and social media are a winning combination. Their "TikTok strawberries" under the name "ArtMarYagoda" have become a real phenomenon, ensuring direct sales and recognition of the owners, as reported by agronews.ua.
According to Arthur, a co-founder of the farm, TikTok has become a key tool for showcasing the products and attracting customers.
"People nowadays are lazy to even search for something special on the Internet. But scrolling through TikTok while lying on the couch – no problem. And I myself learn a lot of new things through TikTok. So as soon as we set up the greenhouses, I immediately started making videos for this social network. Thanks to TikTok, sales have only been growing," Arthur Potapchuk shares.
Currently, the farmer grows strawberries on 50 acres of covered soil. Among the varieties of garden strawberries, Arthur Potapchuk prefers Jolie, which occupies about 85% of the plantings. As for productivity, "ArtMarYagoda" demonstrates stable growth. On average, the yield is about 400 grams per bush, which is a significant indicator for a one-year cultivation cycle.
